The first day I entered Le Must restaurant at Accra Mall I knew it was going to be an interesting day. The decor of that place sets the right mood. I find that when I go to inviting and warm spaces it improves my mood. Unlike most of the time, I visit restaurants this time I wasn’t there for the food. My husband was meeting me at the mall and I needed a place to sit. I was naturally drawn to Le Must because of how beautiful and clean it looked.

When I went in I was concerned about them sending me out if I didn’t order anything and the plan was to order a bottle of water if push came to shove. To my surprise, the very nice waiter asked if I was going to order or was waiting for someone. Did he just read my mind? Is this a superpower Le Must waiters have? I nodded and he smiled.

The friendly waiter told me that if I needed anything until then I could always let him know. His smile matched the ambiance and the uniform he had on was super stylish. The restaurant really goes all out!

When my husband finally came he looked around and said, “this place is nice,” my exact thoughts when I also first walked in. The photographer in him was itching to take photos of the place. We called the waiter and he took our request to the manager who happily agreed. My husband pulled out his DSLR camera and these are the magical pictures he took.

Le Must is a restaurant in Accra that serves both French and Ghanaian foods. They have a good range of vegetarian foods too. It was a big shame that we couldn’t stay long enough to try out their food but next time I go to Accra mall that is on my list! They also have a branch in Labone. I remember this branch growing up as a child. Oh yes, this restaurant has been in Ghana for decades.

I have to give credit to my husband as well who is one of the founders of Team1000words. A premium photography company based in Accra.
